can i take ipill just this once?

dear ladies, I am in a situation where i have to take an emergency pill within 24 hours. This is the first time i am resorting to this tablet. Kindly let me know if it is dangerous to take this tablet..as many say even one tablet gives lot of side effects. We really dont want an unplanned pregnancy. Please help me...and give advise .

It may give mild to no side effect depending upon the person like nausea, vomiting, headache which would likely subside within two days.

If you really want to avoid unwanted preg then you NEED to take this.
