Can a bundle of size22’x9lbs make your lifeTopsy Turvy!?

Yes that bundle is known as GrandSon!!!!!!!!

As mentioned earlier in my Blog I am in CA- US . My daily routine had been:

Enjoy Coffee:coffee in Garden watching the birds-there are multitudes of varieties of them found –happily chirping in the morning. Go for a walk- Have a breakfast- watching either the Travel Channel or some nice old movie in TCM

Have bath-Do pooja-cook-have lunch. Afternoon nap-have tea-Either go for a walk or to some Mall

Have dinner Watch good programmes in TV with everybody around Go to bed at 11.

But No nothing is done now.

Early in the morning we will hear a good cry to start with and within minutes it will turn to be a scream. He wants his Breakfast!. Nobird watching- Gulp your coffee and hold him and pacify him.

Then he has to be changed as he is very finicky about a soildiaper. After the morning chore he has his feed, feels sleepy But no, once the feeding is over he is quite awake not wanting to sleep. Starts playing callsout as he wants an audience for his baby talk. Hoping- rather very much wanting him to go to sleep-so that we can attend to our routine all possible methods will be tried. But no not so easy. By this time it is much past our Breakfast time.

By this time he is ready for his next feed and thankfully he goes to sleep. We all heave a sigh of relief and relax a bit. No you are wrong.Time flies!

We understood Einstein’s Theory of Relativity only then. The two hours seem to pass in no time and again same routine Lunch is again postponed No afternoon nap.

Such a big house looks small. The whole house is filled withhis things-his bassinet ,Play pack, swing, diaper changing rack etc etc. Imagine this tiny creature hardly had1’x1’ inside the tummy!

If he is found to be happy outside in the evening one day and if we plan an outing next day his mood changes he is not ready!

Absolutely no routine. No planning is possible Everything is simply Topsy Turvy`
The irony of the situationis just before his arrival we all have been having a long discussion about disciplined way ofbringing him up and not do anything others have been doing.

Yet this bundle is Heavenly Bliss especially when he identifies you and smiles at you. Your heart melts You no longer mind missing your coffee,lunch,walk,and TV and anything else forthat matter!
