can a 5 year girl have a white discharge?

    I googled it and found similar issues reported.
    It seems to be normal. Still i am worried abt it. Shall i take her to gynac?

    White discharge at this age is most probably a sign of infection,get her checked by a gynac.

    girls from small age needs to be taught to clean from front to back otherwise there is always chance of infection.best is to take her to doctor.

    Hi, it is not unusual. if she has any itching or burning sensation that indicates some infection. Anyway consult your pediatrician.

    Some times(but not all of a sudden), there is some sort of hormonal side effect(the hormones left in the baby body from mother during the pregnancy), which may be of slim chances.(but the first possibility is the infection)
