Caffeine Challenge!

    WEEKLY CHALLENGE! [​IMG]


    Let’s hear it …. How much coffee/tea do you drink on a normal day?


    ☕ Caffeine is sneaky … over time, without even realizing it, you can start drinking more and more of it until you need it to feel “normal”!


    Has that ever happened to you?


    CHALLENGE: This week we’re going to cut back on caffeine so we’re just drinking a MAX of 1 cup a day! (And eliminating energy drinks altogether!)


    There’s no need to cut out coffee or tea completely since they are both natural (as opposed to highly processed) beverages that contain plenty of health benefits.


    ✅ They actually contain antioxidants and compounds that contain a wide range of nutritional benefits.


    BUT ... that doesn’t mean MORE is better! Too much can elevate your heart rate and blood pressure, give you anxiety, and make it hard to sleep!


    Let’s use this week to “reset” our caffeine intake and cut back on coffee and tea.
