Thanks a lot for the info! Will try to make it this year atleast for the festival. What with the baseball classes for my children, not sure.

So, if you get a chance to go there, please take lots of pictures and post them here, so that we can all enjoy them.

 

Same pinch Shubha! Me too me too...I love all the seasons, my favourite being fall. Now, don't ask me why..obviously because of the beautiful colours surrounding me. Just can't stop taking pictures and enjoying the moment.

So, you think it is the plum tree? But it does not bear any fruits later on.

Moreover, if you notice, these flowers start blooming even before the leaves could sprout.

The flowers are in full bloom now, but by mid-spring, the flowers fall off and the tree is full of green leaves. That's it..it stays that way throughout the summer and the colour changes only during late fall.

The uniqueness of this tree is that the flowers bloom before the leaves. So, not sure still...
