we are planing to r2i and looking for buying a house in India. Me and dh dont have any PAN card in Indai or any tax return documents. Can we get bank loan? Those who r2i, did u took any home laon or earned enough in U.S to have a house in India.
@gankita - am not sure about the bank loan. i guess ur salary certificates would do if u still hold Indian Citizenship. but with the registration procedure it has been made mandatory to produce ur PAN card copy splly in all of the south Indian states. But you can consult your lawyer who can guide you in detail with these procedures.
I thought now its all aadhar card. You can get aadhar card using 2 id's with address proof. https://uidai.gov.in/how-to-enroll.html
