we are thinking to buy a plot near airport just 1km from airport entrance and thinking to built house after 3yrs so is that place going to develop in 3yrs ??? And we planning to stay there once we construct the building and rent out some portions too.......is it a wise decision?
Houses near the airport will always fetch good rentals. Those who work there are potential tenants. However, the criterion to stay depends on several other factors - Distance from school - Distance from work - Distance from amenities like a hospital, entertainment, a good mall There are a lot of gated communities coming up now on NH07. A large cluster therefore promises a captive population that justifies a bus stop, a CBD and so on. Advice you to look at such a place.
