Good to know the information about Singapore shopping.
It will be useful if you guys come down with shop name, address and brief information about the shop like bargaining info or about gold.
It will be useful for new comers as well visitors.
    It will come handy.

    Hi Puni,
When ever our friends go to India via Singapore and have transiting time they always used to ask us to take them to Mustafa Shopping Center either to buy gold or do someother shopping . They say that Mustafa shop name is popular among Indians. They say, that other shops doesnot interest except for this. I am not sure about all the Indians over there.

Anyways, we will be always glad to give you details

    Dear sarada

Thank you for the details abt the thai jewellery. Please pass me the phone mumber. I may visit the tampines area, so that you can accompany me:wink:. The prices seem to be quiet reasonable and the description abt the ruby set wants me to buy it. let us see.

I thought that you buy and pile up.. (but dont wear..since u said that you are not that interested.)

:eek:mg:, good thing that I wrote my pathetic true story.

    Hi Puni,

    Thanks for joining us here.

As Sarada mentioned, since the transiting time is limited, friends from US always want to go Mustaffa and finish shopping there.
If you need any info abt any other shops, I am ready to provide.
As a general info, all the shops I discussed here are along the Serangoon Road/Little India and the visitors can explore the shops easily. Its a long stretch with all the jewelleries, temples and eateries both the sides and that is the road leading to Mustaffa, at the other end.
    Hope this info helps.

Your guess can never fail s'pore being a tiny island.
Yes this place is getting crowded day by day. It was like this in tampines in 2002/2003. Play parks are like indian clubs and we do love the interactions and got some very good friends in a short period.:party
