I have many recipes from YouTube and from my mom too. I just want to learn when to stop the gas or I should know once the ghee is completely done.
I make ghee using unsalted butter sticks. I just turn off stove as soon as I smell the aroma of ghee and it just looks like clear liquid.
I make it at home with Kerrygold unsalted butter. And boy...... that ghee is so delicious that it gets consumed like water .
