    Lunch - 1/4 bowl hand pound rice with horse gram dhal, rasam & beans n 2 papad
    Eve - tea with digestive biscuit (low carb)
    Dinner - noodles n papaya

    Ex:
    Zumba (group class instructor led) - 60 mins
    Total Steps: 14,116
    Distance: 7.7 miles

    Breakfast - 1 whole boiled egg, 1 boiled egg white only n veggie omelette made w/o yolk
    Lunch - chapati n chicken curry
    Eve - tea with low carb digestive biscuit
    Dinner - idly n papaya

    No ex (as I’m down with fever n cough).

    Started JM shred & gave up by Reaching half, it seems I am not that fit to go for, did 20 mins Zumba instead.
