    Happy weekend ladies!!!

    I am back at my happy place on Saturday morning Body pump class...did close to 1000 repetitions in 60 mins as per instructor!!!

    Breakfast - 2 organic boiled eggs, 1 plain omelette (made out of 1 egg)
    Morng snack - 1 Welch’s fruit snacks (gluten free - calories 70) , overnight soaked almonds & walnuts
    Lunch - 1/2 bowl lemon rice made out of hand pound rice with cabbage & home yogurt (need to buy Greek yogurt)
    Eve - tea with Marie & britania milk biscuit (this is my 1st tea for this week)
    Dinner - 3 small ragi dosa with tomato chutney
    Grapes - few

    Ex:
    Walking while shopping that’s it kind of rest day for me!!! Getting ready for tomorrow’s heavy Zumba class

    Few Questions ladies:
    1. While on keto or any diet, are you not constipated?
    2. My body is prone for constipation easily and I need to consume fruits like orange, banana :)nono: more carbs) or papaya or grapes, more fibers everyday!!!! Please suggest some healthy alternatives to avoid constipation problems... Is papaya good at dinner time??? One of my friend suggested flax seed powder mixed into my ragi batter to reduce constipation!!!
    3. Any suggestions on low carbs biscuits during tea time????? :smash2:A very happy weekend ladies, enjoy but please watch out your diet :ciao:

    Lunch - 1/2 bowl hand pound rice, tomato curry, beans & carrot & Greek yogurt non fat plain with berries
    Eve - tea with biscuits
    Dinner - 3 small dosa with tomato curry & little Hakka noodles (weekend :smash2:)
    1 bowl papaya & grapes

    Ex:
    Zumba class - 60 mins
    Steps: 13,083
    Distance: 7.1 miles

    Hello Ladies, hope everyone had a lovely weekend.

    Sorry, I was bit busy hence couldn't update yesterday. diet was alright and walked outside but no abs exercise.

    Today's update

    Early Morning : Lime water with honey
    Breakfast - 2 toast with tea
    Mid Morning : 1 banana +few grapes+ later 1 tea
    Lunch - rice+ chicken curry
    Evening - cut carrot+ cucumber + humus
    Dinner - 2 roti + chicken curry

    Exercise : 1 hour walk and run with Son + day 11 abs exercise (rest day for abs on day 12 since I missed yesterday so did the day 11 abs set today)

    Breakfast : oats with banana+raisin+cinnamon powder + 1 coffee
    Mid Morning - 1 coffee
    Lunch : 2 roti + soya chunk curry
    Afternoon : 1 tea
    Dinner : vegetable upma

    Exercise : spot jogging + arms workout from diff video + day 13 abs challenge
