    Great going in following the phase 1 for 2 times...
    I think I will be able to follow phase 1 for the first time. gained confidence after my mini trial for a week.
    Let me know when you plan to start for the next time. I will see whether I will be join you this time.

    veg stuffed roti-1,cabbage curry,yogurt,channa

    brinjal curry,yogurt


    Exercise:

    mor-15 mins yoga,pranayam,bastrika
    afternoon-15 mins walk
    eve-nil- rest day.




    Total- 05+0.4+1+1+0.4+1+0.4+0.6+0.8+1=7.1/10

    I checked my weight and I was 84 kg. I started with 84.5 and lost 0.5 in the middle. then gained and lost again...

    Sorry, I could not record since i was crazy going with my husband and daughter getting sick..

    I think 115.2 is what I am this AM. I'm not bothered too much about it any more. I look good in my regular clothes(even better than I looked when I was 110).
    I did run my first race. I did it in good time.
    I did complete 10k training and am running a 10k race this weekend.
    I did meet both goals.
