    Sri dear,

    thanks for the detailed reply as well as recipies..

    in SBD phase-1 (14 days ) even fruits and very few veggies are not allowed.
    twice i have tried this SBD with minimal cheating but i got good results..
    very first time went 2 kg down and then around 1.5kg.

    rather than weight loss, my aim is to increase my protein intake and healthy food pattern which suits my fertility treatment.

    i felt very light and energetic. planning to start again for 14 days.

    Hello friends,

    The long awaited shifting is in progress. We will be totally moving to the new place by today. Lots of packing.. Next whole week, we need to unpack and set things... No exercises.. For the past two days, except lunch, food is from outside. Things will be ok from tomorrow.

    See you all once things are set... I couldn't weigh myself as things are packed. Will do it tomorrow and post it.

    Dear Sri,

    I am glad that you love to eat a meal like me. What I always love is to remain dedicated like you. One thing that is common is, this journey helps me too, become a better person, though I am not consistent like you.

    The diet what I've posted does good to me only if combined with some exercise which I am not doing on a regular basis and my weight tends to increase. I wonder when you calculate calories for every stuff you take in. And, having a balanced diet keeps you healthy. I feel very weak now-a-days and planning to check myself. With so much happening on the home front, I couldn't concentrate much on my diet.

    And, we are going to India in 2 weeks. I need to reduce something so that I could makeup easily if I gain weight.

    I love your long posts and they are always motivating to me :)
