    1. Limit to one junk food per day
    2. Walk two kms per day
    3. Eat one fruit per day
    4. No rice in dinner
    5. 3 ltrs of water everyday

    Came home... Toooo much junk (deep fried foods,cool drinks, sweets OMG!! )

    May 2nd
    Still in home.. Tooo much junk (deep fried foods,cool drinks, sweets OMG!! )

    No exercise too!!
