    I am at 119.9, hm.. I have maintained the weight. Expecting to do well in April at least. I am slowly losing my hope.:|

    I'm at 115.4(same as 20h). I'm glad I didn't gain any with the way I'm eating and not moving.

    i am also on weight loss track...
    Current weight 70 kg
    target weight 65
    i am doing 30 min walk on treadmill
    15 min abdominal excercises
    20 min. Yoga
    20 lunges
    kindly help and suggest if any changes required.....
