    Update for 31.03.2014

    Morning: Warm water
    Breakfast: 2 Dosa with podi + Green tea
    Lunch: Rice with tangy drumstick gravy + cabbage poriyal
    MA1: Jilebis
    MA2: Green tea + plum
    Evening: Coffee + Croissants with nutella
    In B/w: Boiled groundnut
    Dinner: 3 chapathis with mushroom peas gravy

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: NIL

    I was doing exercises on and off. Glad that I was able to maintain the same. Trying to be regular on the exercise part and lose further in the coming months.

    Yes, I too love it a lot. I stopped buying nutella in between but started again for DD's sake. Both of us are going finish a bottle notdonesmiley Will not get a new one soon.
