status- lost 0.9 lbs
Not even 1 pound loss for me!
Could n't keep up with 1 kg challenge this month!
I am starting fresh for April!

first two weeks following South Beach Diet (phase -1)
I am doing yoga morning & evening 1 hour each..along with breathing exercise & meditation....
Also walking a lot..... not on treadmill....

I remember the days when I went to the silent course on meditation for 3 days...
no talking for 3 days, yoga, meditation and new faces around.... but I was so so peaceful...
wishing to go for another one soon...
Last 2 weeks, not even able to continue my breathing exercise.
