    Thanks Minal. That ticker isn't accurate though. 5 lbs away but I'm pigging away these days to help improve my runs. I need to eat the right food though. I need to post in the meal thread often. That motivates me to eat right.

    Hi Ladies

    I am back to where I started off this month. I am 120.5 again. I seriously have to try and use this remaining 10 days. I don't want to update what I had yesterday as it was really bad. I will update from today.

    Laks09, I agree with you. If I write what I ate here,I make conscious effort to eat right.

    21-mar update:
    em: 1/2 cup coffee
    bf: 2.5 thin moong dosa + chutney
    lunch:2 thin moong dosa + 3 tbsp rice + 1 cup cabbage poriyal
    3pm: 1/2 cup coffee
    7pm: salad
    10pm: oats kanji 400ml + few chips

    workout: 30 min walk

    exercise: LS 3 mile

    Today and yesterday I was pigging!
    Both the days we have guests at home...My routine has completely changed.
    Today attended a baby shower...
    I tried very hard to reach 129 pounds this week. Must have been crossed 130 's easily...
    Yesterday, no workouts.
    Today, till now no exercise.
    Going to do before bed time.

    will update here tonight ...

    Hi Sri and all dear friends,

    I badly miss this this thread but I will be able to join u all only by April.....tied up with some work of mine along with household works.....I hope i can come back and start fresh by April...as I feel I've added a few kgs.....will be back soon
