    am in for this month. in DEC'13 i joined ur thread as well manju's SBD and lost near to 4kg.
    Jan and feb due to fertility treatments and family functions i could not join in any of the threads. gained few pounds and lost those gained one.
    This morning at the end of spcl days am happy to look my scale 71.1kg. so would like to join you buddies and wish to move from Team 4 to team 3.

    1.Exercise 5 days a week
    2.No over eating / No Junk
    3.Daily breathing and meditation routine
    4.Weekly once no grain diet- fruits,proteins,dairy diet

    Hi Sri,

    I too would like to join. Lost 1.1kg last month though was not very active both physically and in IL. Will be more physically active this month and even if i miss to post updates everyday, will def keep track of my progress and update the sheet.
    Will post the starting weight/target tomorrow.

    Created the new sheet for March. I want our spread sheet to be updated for every weigh ins.Will wait until 1 st 5 days of march to keep our names and weight updated in the spread sheet.All weigh ins in our thread will be entered in the spread sheet if any one missed. Remaining inactive names are going to be taken away from the sheet. This way, we will be really motivated to see our results, rather than keeping blank spaces in the sheet. you can add your names in the respective team, if your name is not there already. I just kept all the names from last month. We lose it or not, we keep update our thread and the spread sheet. Deal girls?Tomorrow, 1 st weigh in day for March.All the best dears.
