Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- June 2014!

    Hi Everyone,

    I had been so good for 5-6 days and bad on diet for 3-4 days. Once I see my weight in scale going down, I get all happy and treat myself only to go back again. Sigh!

    I started this month with 116.8 and went all the way down to 115.3 and now to 117. Let me check tomorrow and update.

    June 9:

    1/4 panini
    FF milk
    2 big spoons of Ice cream

    1/2 hour of Elliptical. I will update again tomorrow.

    Then don't restrain yourself, much. I have placed a self-restriction that I eat Biriyani only twice a week ! Without twice a week biriyani, I can not survive !

    SBD followed well.
    exercise-40 mins group cardio workout,half mile walk.
    no stamina beyond this.

    Did mudras and pranayam in the morning.
