Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- June 2014!

    May Month consolidation is done in the may thread dears...
    Though it is late, We came up with good results.

    7 friends lost their weight in May month.
    2 of our friends maintained their weight.


    Whether we lose or not, let us pat ourselves for all the hard work we have done in May. Let us continue the work for June also.
    Standing on the half way of 2014, it is high time to remind ourselves about our goal of this year and we re-insist our target for this month.

    June 10 th is our next weighing day here...
    Let us post our progress in this format:

    All the friends who did not enter their weight in the above format, please do so by our next weighing day, the June 10th. It will be very helpful for me to consolidate later.Thanks.

    We should be happy to see just even minute changes in the scale. This will keep us going in the right direction further...

    Darmesh,
    yes I am...But the last time I ate was on mother's day.
    That too...I did n't order, my hubby purposefully ordered for him though he did not like biriyani at all. He knows that I am restraining to eat and will surely eat the one I like the most on my day.
    I was filling my tummy with pani puri water and ate 1 dosa.
    Then ate Biriyani from his plate, as he expected.

    Again, I decided that I wont touch Biriyani until I reach my short goal. I will treat myself with half cup of biriyani after my second goal.
    waiting for the day.

    Goal 1- 127 pounds
    Goal 2-125 pounds
    Goal 3- 123 pounds

    When I complete goal 3, I will be entering normal weight category from over weight range. I will be flying that day. Still long way to go from there to reach my next goal. Right now, strictly NO NO NO to Biriyani.

    Welcome to add on here as another team member in Team 1.
    I think you are the least weight person of all in this thread!
    Right now, Laks and Anabika are there in Team 1.
    With you three members in Team 1.
    All friends here working hard to reach Team 1 to become 50 kg TajMahal!

    I request all the Team 1 members to push friends behind you to join you girls...Very happy for you all being in TOP team.

    Dears,
    To my surprise, my scale showed me the lower number which I have seen only in July 2013 !

    I am 126.4 today!

    I have observed that after 6 days of workout, if I take one complete rest for a day, I break my plateau. From my diary, I have confirmed this for my case. I broke my very long plateau of 130 pounds on the day after my rest day. I also broke my next plateau of 129 pounds on the day after my rest day. Today also standing on 126.4 pounds on the day after yesterday's rest day.

    I am going to continue the same strategy of 6 days of workout with every friday as rest day, along with strict diet.
    Today is the 7 th day of SBD. Half way crossed with cheats here and there...

    I did n't feel shy or bad to tell people around me to say 'NO' to certain foods and when there comes a situation to get away from compulsion, I openly say them I am following a diet program. What ever they think, I dont bother. enough of adding on pounds to satisfy others...Its my body and my hard work. I deserve to lsoe, not to gain.

    Again, sorry for venting long.
    This time, I definitely dont want to go back to my old spot.
    If I did n't gain back, I reached my first short goal of 127 pounds.
    Now, aiming for my second short goal of 125 pounds.

    God, please support me physically and mentally to cross this phase and give me surplus of determination and constant motivation to reach.
    I am so happy today. I should not slip from here at any cost. I will be extra conscious today.

    Hubby is already asking for outdoor eating today.since we did go anywhere outside for our anniversary. the day ended up like just like any other day with extra work and extra tiredness and exhaustion. Both of us did n't even spent 5 mins together...

    I have been asking him to join me for a nice scenic walk along with just sweet nothings talk....I dont want anything else. I dont want restaurant foods, dont want gifts....I just want him to be with me, and only for me atleast for 15 to 20 mins with no attention diversion. I want myself to be heard and want to hear more from him. I am going to say no to outdoor lunch, even though I need to spend extra time to cook at home today. Let me see, what's happening...

    Meal 2- 3 masala dosa , sambhar
    Meal 3 - green tea, apple
    Meal 4 - rice , cabbage , beans , fish
    Meal 5 - green tea,2 homemade wheat cookies(coffee and chocolate)
    Meal 6 - blueberry , banana

    Water - 2 litre

    40 sit ups , 20 crunches, 20 leg raise,30 sec plank

    June 6- friday-rest day.
    Followed SBD, except that I ate half cup semiya upma in the evening.

    June 7-sat-climbed stairs- up and down - 1 count- repetitions- 50 times.
    fun family outdoor cycling- 1 hr
    followed SBD

    June 8-sun-walked 3 miles.
    went to temple- ate some prasad- few spoons of pongal, 2 piece of ladoo.
    Rest sticked with SBD.
    we went to restaurant yesterday night. I ate a cup of sambar and a cup of raitha, tasted 2 bites from kid's plate(dosa and chilli paratha)
    I feel heavily bloated after I finish the sambar. dont know why.


    Today, just started my day with few breathing and hope to carry my day with lots of good energy all day through.Have a good day dears...
