Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- June 2014!

    Today,
    Detox diet started.
    so far so good.

    Inspired by Shanvy, today I took picture of my meal, before I eat. I thought today is sunday...I have time to do it on my detox day.
    I took the time to decorate my plate, took the time to savor it too...

    Will post the meal pictures tonight after my last meal of the day.

    I planned mine by myself to the knowledge I have.
    meal 1- green tea
    meal 2-mixed fruits with few cashews
    meal 3-green tea
    meal 4-lemon water with chia seeds
    meal 5-salad with 1 mini corn tortilla
    salad ingredients- lettuce,pinto bean,corn,onion, tomato,cilantro,hot sauce,yogurt,shredded cheese- 2 spoons,capsicum, some of the left over grilled veggies with home made mango pickle on top for spicing up.
    Added 2 paneer cubes as treat for stopping with that food.

    I am back, it took almost 10 days to shift and settle in new house. It was quiet exhausting, no exercise and had outside food. I will start posting my routine from tomorrow. I have gained some weight so need to bring it down first.
