    Hi All,

    Hope you all had a great weekend.

    Last week i exercised 4 out of 7 days and did not control junk food over the weekend. I ended up eating lots of sweets & also pizza, pasta and some deep fried chinese starters. Happened to have 4 meals outside this weekend.
    Feeling like :bonk but whats gone is gone. I will try to put more effort in exercise and get back on track.

    Not sure if that is a gain or related to water retention from all the outside food. Let's see what you find on the 20th. Drink lots of water to flush all that excess sodium out.
