    my challenges:
    1. Two litres water daily
    2. No chocolates
    3. Daily meditation.
    4. Daily half hour workout
    5. Daily mini workout morning and evening

    I will stop my challenges with these as I seem to have lots to add to the list. Let me start with these first.

    Trying to do whatever I'm doing consistently and see what the outcome is.
    My only challenge is to continue the couch to 5k program religiously. I want to complete it this month and start running 5k distance consistently in march. .

    Looks like I moved teams this time.
    btw, I hate measuring weight in kgs. 1/2 lb loss makes me happy but it's only a measly few grams and that annoys me. Hence lbs only for me.

    Give me a big hug dear!
    I need to say, if I lose few pounds I will think I lost so much and I end up in eating more... I need to learn the mind set that I did not lose any until I should reach where I should be!
    I will be really flying if I reach your weight.Very great applause for your modesty!
    And I wish you will reach your aim of flat ab soon...

    One request from me ...BE WITH US THOUGH YOU REACH YOUR TARGET....
    WE NEED A TEACH TO CATCH US WHEN WE GO WRONG!

    Some other members here that I really miss getting inspiration:
    1. Anu... where are you dear?
    2.Shanvy... I know you are busy.... pls visit as frequent as you can, just to say hi and give us the feel of, I am there with you!
    3.Buds...Come soon dear... I dont know what happened, but praying for your strength! missing you.

    Feb Challenges:

    1. Include mini morning exercise(mostly SN) and mini before bed exercise(either floor workout or 30 min walk)
    2.daily breathing exercise/spend 15 -20 mins only for meditate.
    3.sleep for 7 hrs.
    4. 4 days of 20 -30 mins of floor exercise.
    5. weekly once low carb diet- fruit,veg,protein.

    I have upgraded my challenges from 'very easy to follow' to 'push yourself to follow' this month. Let me give a try.
