    Hi friends,
    It has been a busy month for me in August.
    I want to start the September month with good energy and commitment.
    With the common aim of shedding couple of kgs, let us team ourselves based on current weight.

    Team 1- 50kg to 55kg
    Team 2- 55kg to 60 kg
    Team 3- 60kg to 65 kg
    Team 4- 65kg to 70kg
    Team 5- 70kg to 75kg
    Team 6- above 75kg

    Join here if you need inspiration and joint commitment to accomplish your goal. Let us begin by weighing ourselves currently and update our progress and motivate each other to exercise and control the diet.

    Our weigh in dates:
    1st phase: sep 1 to sep 5
    2nd phase: sep 15
    3rd phase: sep 30

    This is the weighing format.
