    One full month of commitment, hard work, determination will take us towards our 2015 goal. Friends who want to join as a team for December weight loss, please share your details with us.



    let us team ourselves based on current weight

    Team 1- 50kg to 55kg
    Team 2- 55kg to 60 kg
    Team 3- 60kg to 65 kg
    Team 4- 65kg to 70kg
    Team 5- 70kg to 75kg
    Team 6- above 75kg



    Our weigh in dates:
    1st phase: Dec 1 to Dec 5
    2nd phase: Dec 15
    3rd phase: Dec 31

    Walked 2 kms in the morning. Yesterday 4 km walk and 20 mins exercise.

Dec1- 10 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical, 10 min cycling, 100 step ups, 100 jumping jacks Dec 2- 15 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical, 5 min cycling at level 15, some leg exercises
