    Thanks friend for replying.. Am in temporary place for month.. I have no access to the gym(treadmill is broke in the office gym)will have to wait till I go home.. Very frustrating to see same number from 60 days

    Exercise 5.4 miles 1:35 425 cals
    Bf. 1 Apple : watermelon chunks
    Snack. 4 cutie oranges
    Lunch. Watermelon chunks
    Snack dates 2
    Dinner. Cabbage salad

    All day I completed 12 lb watermelon

    so far lost 1lb.. losing 1lb was very hard.

    April 29
    Starting with a cup of green tea
    Break fast and lunch: 1&1/2 cup tomato rice with 1/4 cup curd
    Snack : 2tsp wheat halwa and 1/2cup puffed rice
    Dinner: 2no idly with 1/2 cup rice with coconut chutney
    Water consummed 1.5 liter

    April 30
    Started with a cup of green tea
    Morning : 1&1/2 cup rice with 3tbsp bittergourd taMarind kulambu
    Lunch: 2 cup mutton biriyani and 1egg white
    Snack: 3 good day biscut
    Dinner: 3 dosa with tomato chutney
    Water co sumed 1.5 litre

    My startin g weight: 77.7kg
    April 10:76.9 kg
    April 20: 76.7 kg
    April 30: 75.7 kg

    Lost 2 kg. My next month target again reduce 2kg. May 10 th target should lost 0.7 kg and will come to the number of 75kg

    Anu, avoiding grains completely is not good for us. Eat a balanced meal for long term health. I think you are so hard on yourself. Take care.

    past 4 months in same weight! Still did not reduce the December gain! My Goodness! I am turning crazy...
