    Today was a good day for me.No cheating at all.Ate healthy and drank lotsof water.

    April 25
    Day started with green tea and drink 1.5 liter water
    Morning and lunch: rice with oniongarlic kulambu with gravy
    Snack items : 2no fruit cake
    Dinner: 4 small size chappathi with kuruma

    April 26:
    Started with 1cup green tea and drink 1liter water
    Moring: 1 no dosa with rice and drumstick sambar
    Lunch: rice with mutton curry
    Dinner: 2no idly and 1no dosa
    Snack items: 1 fruit cake, 1boiled egg, and 5 tb of wheat halwa

    OMG as usual i returned to snack item tooooo much...especially this sunday... k try to behave good girl....From tomorrow i want to measure my rice portion and to calculate calorie consumption.... k gn friends

    back from vaction today evening

    water not sure
    exercise rented a bike.. rode for 1hr may be 96calories.. and steps calories 85 calories = 181 calories

    bf 6oz coffee/ 6oz orange juice/ 1 orange
    snack oats n honey granola bar / dry roasted almonds/
    lunch chipotle bowl with chicken/brown rice/ fajita vegetables/lettuce/corn
    dinner ceasar salad

    Water 2.5 ltrs
    Exercise 400 cals for 100 mins : 6 miles
    Bf. Bread omelete
    Lunch 1 roti : curd: chicken : dal
    Snack 2 dates:Apple
    Dinner 5 oranges 1 slice of bread

    girls from last 2 months i have lost 1 lbi have tried in many ways to reduce.. am kinda of frustrated to see the same number everyday.. i need some encourgment and tips..

    April 27
    Started with 1 cup green tea
    Morning: one cup rice, half cup greengram sambar and half cup plantain flower porriyal
    Lunch; one and half cup rice with half cup ggsambar and 1/4 cup curd
    Evening: 1cup milk
    Dinner: 1nan with panner gravy and 1/2cup tomato rice
    Water consumed one litre

    April 28
    Started with 1cup green tea
    Morning: 3 dosa with mint chutney
    Lunch:1& 1/2 cup rice with 1/2 cup sambar and 1/4 cup rasam
    Snack ; 3 tsp wheat halwa and 1cup milk
    Dinner: 2 medium size chappathi and 1/2cup rice with rasam
    Water consumed 1.5litre

    The day after tomorrow we check the weight:coffee

    dinner 3 cups chopped cabbage salad / almonds 0.6 ounces/

    today i want to have light food today.. for cleaning stomach.

    If u change ur workout pattern, it will shows ur weight change.... i want to say if u follow walking for one month means, the next month u should follow swimming or cycling... really it will work.

    I am really helpless to workout because of my littleone having 1&1/2 years
