    Exercise 4miles :1 hr
    Breakfast egg white omelet
    Lunch 8oz brown rice:8oz methi pappu:8oz vankaya curry:4oz curd fat free
    Snack 0.6 roasted almonds 100 calories
    Dinner 4 oz brown rice:4oz methi pappu:4oz curd

    Started the day with green tea
    Breakfast: ven pongal and jaggery pongal
    Lunch: curd rice with peas boiled and seasoned
    Dinner: ragi roti and rava upma
    Water: 1liter

    I left for vacation to an island I will make sure to eat healthy and in small portions

    Bf bread omelete
    Lunch 1 roti 12 oz chicken curry: 6 oz palak pappu ; 6oz white rice; curd 0.3 oz
    Snack 2*100 calorie almonds 1.2 oz , 3 oranges
    Dinner went to dinner to close by Italian restaurant ordered chicken Caesar salad and had 1/2 chicken breast Parmesan

    Snacks: mango slice 2 (just small)
    Dinner: chappathi small size-3 and 1no idli

    April 24:
    strudel,tea
    orange
    b.rice,brinjal koottu,spinach curry,yogurt
    rice, yogurt,brinjal and spinach curry with pickle
    tea,1 digestive biscuit.
    late night- 1.5 chapatti with jam:bonk
    exercise- nil.

    2 days no exercise for this week.
    Its enough for this week. This sat and sun- I should break this habit.

    exercise- 4 mile walk
