Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg a month- April 2015

    Welcome to April month!

    Slight changes have been implemented in our thread this month.

    Teams have been parted in 5 kg differences to encourage friends to quickly move ahead ...
    Team 1- 50 to 55 kg
    Team 2-55 to 60 kg
    Team 3- 60 to 65 kg
    Team 4-65 to 70 kg
    Team 5- 70 to 75 kg
    Team 6-Above 75 kg.

    We place ourselves on respective teams. Friends who made it possible to one team above , by the end of the month, will go to the 'Team Move' page- special place for special friends for their extra special effort to keep them in healthy zone. Currently it is empty for the year 2015.

    Last year nearly 6 friends made it possible to the 'Team move' page. Let us start counting the celebrities of this year!

    My aim is to move closer to healthy BMI range. Recently, my weight has been shifted and comfortably placed in higher weight zone. I need to move from this spot.

    my weight on april 1st 142lbs
    april 30th 138lbs

    just want to move down to 2lbs.. 140 is normal weight for me. feels like a dream to be in 130lbs range.

    @sridevi1977 go girl, you can do it.. don't look at the scale. look at the pictures..the weight gain could be because of the steroids taken for wheezing. so relax and enjoy life. and look at being wheezing free. i was thinking of you and me when i saw this guy blow these things just like that..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPXBC6SxATY
    i want good pair of lungs..

    @saarang don't go to the 1200calories..later maintaining will become very tough. your body will react differently..you will lose fast but your bouncing back without being on watch is so easy. eat well, excercise well.

    @justanothermom go girl..for your height imagine reducing a little more weight...superhot mom...
