    This week's update:

    Mon- Jan 23- elliptical 30 mins, rowing -10 min.
    Tue- Jan 24- elliptical 30 mins, rowing 10 mins.
    Wed- 40 mins swimming.
    Thu- 30+ 30 mins walk
    Fri- 30 mins walk done- will do floor workouts for core tonight.
    Sat- planning for total body floor exercises.
    Sun- planned rest day.

    Challenges:
    Clean eating- struggling, today is a better day compared to previous 4 days.
    Moderate exercise- following.
    Stress control- trying my best. Not bad. But heavy PMS...
    Will try to add breathing routine.

    200 Anulom Vilom
    walking for 45 minute.
    i have to work on my water intake....

    30th Jan :66.6 kg
    Week end was overall good in terms of food intake..I could stick to a clean diet.
    As usual no workout..

    30th Jan
    -------
    Tea
    2 dosa+sambar
    milk
    2 roti, dal, rasam, buttermilk, 1/2 bowl payasam
    tea
    2 roti, mix veg

    This year i want to plan my second one.....I just want to reach 62 kges....My husband is not in India....he will come after 3 months...in april end....want to reach @62 before April end.
