    Jan 19th - exercised for 35 minutes ( 250 Cals)
    7 sets of SN
    No carbs at night but overdid cheese in my salad:grin:
    Water goal met

    Jan20th
    Increase work out to 40 mins
    8 sets of Sn
    No carbs at night and also work on sensible portion and plan dinner head
    Water - 2 liter

    Please count me in. I have lost about 10 kgs from oct 2015 to august 2016. Then slacked big time. Started gaining weight since then. My tummy looks like am 7 months pregnant.want to get back in shape and tone my body for my sons bday which is in august.

    Current weight- 49 kgs
    Target weight- 45 kgs
    Target weight for jan - 48.5 kg


    My goals for jan-
    Clean eating as much as possible
    Increase water intake
    10000 steps per day atleast 5 days a week

    today eat balanced food...no outside food at all.....did 1000 kapalbhati pranayam and had lots of fluids

    2 roti + 1 bowl of lemon rice + mix veg sabji
    Tea + 2 biscuit
    dalia upma

    No workout..
    I am unable to fit workout to my schedule..

    How you girls are managing home+work+kids ++++ Workouts?
    Please give me some suggestions.

    20 jan-
    Bf- dosa, ginger chutney
    Lunch - guthi vankaya curry, rice
    Snack- dahi puri ( except puri everything homemade)
    Dinner- pulihora 1/4 cup, 1 jowar roti, leftover curry, dal, curd

    Steps- 13000 :)

    I went to gym around 8.00 pm last two days since I could not squeeze any other timings and the receptionist literally chased me away. I am struggling too as I know these timings wont help a I am getting hungrier at night which I am trying to avoid and also not able to sleep as I feel active :neutral:

    Breakfast -Toast with hummus.
    Exercise-4 miles on elliptical at about 75% max resistance,

    Starting day.

    I am 153 lbs(maybe 1 more lb).
    Goal - 115 lbs

    Breakfast - 2 tablespoons quaker rolled oats with one cup milk, one date, one prune, 4 regular spoons moong dal, 6 almonds and 2 walnuts (oats and milk boiled).

    Water goal , exercise ( 490 Cals ), 8 Sm accomplished . Diet messed up with bread sticks for lunch and mango lassi ( restaurant ) at night :nomouth:

    Goals for tomorrow (21st)
    Workout - 40 mins
    Water - 2 liters
    SM- 9
    Count and document calories as it's easy to Cheat during weekend .
