    4/21- 30 mins Pilates.
    Day 1 clean eating followed.

    Purposeful distractions helped me today and I tried playing with shifting the timings of the day to be in kitchen while preparing food for the entire family.
    Today, I started to do cooking preparations right after one of my main meal.
    So, I can avoid temptations while cooking.
    My tummy was already full and was some what easy to divert my urge.

    Successfully continued staying away from junk ...
    4/23- rest day.

    4/24 - mon- 20 min core workout(mor), 1 hr outdoor walk (eve)

    Today, calculated calories to keep track. approximately ate for 1500. out of which non nutritious calories are above 500:BangHead:

    approximately burned 250 calories from exercises.
    Aiming for even a better day tomorrow.

    Will do epsom salt soak for legs before bed time and include 20 mins of breathing or meditation before my bed time.
