    Made it to only 2 days exercise so far.

    Gosh! Red Flag!

    Need mindful eating.
    I will take a moment to re think all the efforts I made, to stand where Iam today.
    It's my duty to save myself.

    I want to write all positive impacts clean eating helped me.
    1. Feel good about self
    2.More energy from within
    3.Confidence to face pain
    4. Less medications
    5. Asthma relief
    6. Good sleep

    Though pain factor is the one that I did not get rid off, I experienced all above just with 25 pound loss from my body.

    Currently, eating mindlessly ...
    Don't want to go back to viscious poison cycle of struggling to breathe, sleep and live.

    I want to live my life. Getting rid of certain things are essential to gain certain things in life. What we choose to give up and gain is totally inside us.
    Let me choose wise.
