    I have slowly started walking with less support.
    Today, just completed my 30 min therapy session.

    went on vacation...gained...now in the mood to lose...yesterday did Bipasha dance workout...coz no mood...anyone in here to join a challenge of workouts to stay together and work out

    30 mins therapy - morning
    20 mins lower body workout- afternoon
    15 mins outdoor walk- evening
    20 mins chair workout with weight- night

    Dosa-2 with sambar,tea
    Chapati-2 with cabbage and cheese melt
    Ladoo-4 -post lunch,2 evening
    Tea
    Apple

    Out of crutches, moved on to single cane support
    Working a lot on heels nowadays...
