    Breakfast - whole wheat bread with ICBIN butter and half a spoon jam
    Snack - sprouted green moong, green tea
    Lunch - Lemon brown rice and brinjal fry
    Snack - fruits, half cup mocha, half of scone
    Dinner - dosa and onion/tomato chutney
    Snack - 1 kaju katli (too many sweets from India)

    Exercies - 30 mins walk

    Lol..Resonates my regular diet..No sugar in my tea/Horlicks/coffee too..Do you have a sweet tooth too? Feels like that from your diet:) I don't like savory stuff like pizza, white rice, samosas, chips, fried items etc but put sweets in front of me esp. Indian sweets, muffins and banana bread types and I have no control:)

    Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 25 min treadmill (12 min run)
    Diet - 1 cup Oatmeal + Chia seeds + flax seeds - morning
    2 cups of chilli(Brown rice + Kidney beans + carrots + capsicum + Celery) - afternoon
    Mint chutney + 3 whole wheat rusks - night
    1 cup Horlicks and Cherries + Straw berries- Snack times

    Vibha.. I am such a bad eater.. I just don't have sweet tooth but I also have sour tooth, spicy tooth, all kinds actually :p I think I cut on sugar by not adding to beverages but I end up on a binge on something big every day!! :hollering:

    But logging my diet and exercise here really helps.. I think you are doing a great job! Keep doing!!

    Even i cut the sugar off in tea because i eat a bourbon biscuit almost everyday but mostly i have been good this time. I am scared of getting Diabetes (with all the sugar i have had in my life) and having to resort to eating artificial sweetener (It tastes so bad) and that I may lose teeth. That's how i control my sweet cravings..I would like to eat them till I die (fingers crossed:))

    Logging here definitely helps..I get inspired by everyone here who is taking steps to live healthy. I am only exercising 16 days in a month...I would like to do upto 20 days but running is hard on my feet. Its not easy and it frustrates me quite a bit..I have to wait 6 more months to buy clothes:(

    Diet - Rava idli + mint chutney = morning and afternoon
    4 rusks + mint chutney - night - lazy day for me overall!
    2 tea - snack time

    07/29
    Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 20 min treadmill (10 min run), 15 min lower body workout
    Diet - oatmeal - morning
    brown rice + carrots + parsnip + 8 badam + curd - afternoon
    brown rice + carrots + parsnip + methi dal - night
    snack times - 1 cup Horlicks + 1 rusk; straw berries + cherries + peach

    07/30
    Exercise - 26 miles cycling - Took 2hr 20 min:(
    Diet - 1/2 cup milk + 1 bourbon biscuit - morning (before ride) - I should find a healthier alternative to this!
    1 mango + 1 tea - late breakfast
    wild rice + tofu + carrot + capsicum - late lunch
    wild rice + tofu + carrot + capsicum + sambar - night

    Exercise - 1 hr Zumba class
    Diet - 1/2 cup Horlicks (before class)
    raagi porridge + 4 dried figs - morning
    sambar + quinoa + black beans - afternoon
    3 bread slices + Quinoa black bean burgers (Home made w/o oil) - night
    6 biscuits + 1 tea - snack times

    Yesterday had a packet of Monaco after my posting:BangHead:

    For August -

    July was good..I still need to exercise more and control my food intake

    Goals for August -
    1. No eating after dinner
    2. Increase water intake - 2 bottles per day during work times
    3. Lower body workout - once a week for 20 min
    4. Upper body workout - once a week for 20 min
