    No diet.. in fact v bad diet..

    It's OK. Going off track happens to every one, but staying off track is the danger sign.
    Leave yesterday behind... Right from your next meal, try to be conscious. Make a note of what you eat. You will see improvement.:thumbsup

    1 guava + 1 chiku
    1 sweet potato
    1 plate rice pulao
    1 cup tea
    2 chapati + subji + soup
    40 min walking after dinner

    5th Jan:-
    2 glasses warm water
    2 parantha with pickle
    2 chapati + nutrela soya-bean curry
    1 cup tea
    1.5 bajra roti + daal palak
    30 min walking
    total 9 glass of water


    6th jan
    sweet potato + guava + chiku
    2 chapati + palak paneer
    tea + chawanprash
    2 chapati + beetroot subji + aloo subji
    til gud
    30 min walking
    8 cups of water

    Jan 5- tue-mor- 5 sets SN, eve- 35 minsfloor workout, night-20 mins indoor walk, 5 sets SN, breathing.-light dinner- yes.
    Jan 6- wed- eve- 30 mins floor workout-ate junk by the evening.
    Jan 7-thu- nil exercise, dinner- notlight.
