    Very happy that I am back to routine after my special days. Started walking with my new treadmill...

    Sticking to the same rules this month too...

    1. 45 mins exercise
    2. No junk or fried snacks

    Update for 3rd July 2013

    Breakfast: 3 Chapathis with Amla dipped in honey
    Banana
    Lunch: Rice with Mushroom peas masala + Cabbage
    4 Dates + 2 Almonds
    Evening: Coffee + Black eyed channa
    Dinner: 1 Chapathi with mushroom masala + corn flakes with milk

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 45 mins

    2 roti,beans curry
    1 cup tea
    4-5 idli,sambhar

    water 8 glasses

    exercise:
    tredmill 30 min(1.8 mile)
    LS 3 mile walk

    After Niagara trip.
    Don't ask.I was just oogling at food.
    I ate food and snack and junk like as if I was preg :p
    OMG. Feeling so guilty.
    Finally came back to my senses today

    Water: 500ml.
    Coffe: 2 nos.
    Breakfast fistful puliyogare.
    Lunch: Beans curry
    Dinner: chapathi+carrot beans side dish.
    Hope to improve tomorrow.

    Daily 30 mins casual walk.

    todays update

    empty stomach 2ltrs water

    did my workout on empty stomach 5.1miles walk=800cals=81mins

    breakfast tea/2 dosas/chutney
    lunch oats/curry/cottage cheese
    2ltrs water
    snack 1 apple/dates/few ground nuts
    dinner fruits

    happy to be back for my workout after special days.. very happy i broke my weight plateau.

    water 4ltrs

    girls how r u enjoying ur long weekend, i know u girls enjoy with ur family on vacation, so pls eat slowly, so the weight doesnt go up.

    just got to read about indian bmi in indianexpress.. surprised to see the bmi


    According to the new standards, anybody with a BMI of over 23 (weight 68 kg and height of 5'8") is overweight.

    As per Indian standards, normal BMI is 18 to 22.9 kg/m2. From 23 to 24.9 kg/m2 is considered overweight and 25 kg/m2 is obese.
