    Hi friends,

    July - 1

    Weight - fluctuating btwn 80 and 80.5 (3 days outside food last week)
    No excercise (periods)
    2 dosas with dhal and coffee
    1 spn moong dhal kheer (hubby bday...so tasted)
    3 chapathi with mushroom curry
    coffee
    idiyappam and dhal, coffee

    July -2
    1.5 ltr water
    fruits and veg salad
    coffee
    3 spn masala oats and 2 dosas with podi
    badam 5
    coffee
    milkshake (HUBBY made first time in this 4.5yrs)
    2 small dosa with sambar
    4 ltr water
    45 mins eliptical

    June - 3

    1 ltr water
    wg bread sandwich (2 bread)
    coffee, 2 dhokla (neighbours gave when visited their home...couldnot avoid)
    rice with gongura,curd and greens(late lunch)
    coffee,4 badam
    2.5 chapathi with sambar

    50 mins eliptical
    water 3.5 ltr

    July 03 log:
    Empty stomach water: NIL

    BF: Noodles.
    Lunch:banana+ keloggs +milk.
    Dinner: Beans curry+very little rice/brown bread.
    Ex: 3 miles LS walk

    Hi Dears,
    I am doing good on my vacation. ...
    but here it is toooo hot and I am always sweating .

    Challenges:
    sofar:
    1. no intake of food that no longer serves good nutrient to my body at any point of the time: missed 1 day/3 days
    ate muffin on the flight for breakfast.
    2. suryanamaskar all mornings- done till now.
    3. floor workouts 6 days - 3/ 6 days done.
    4. 2 to 4 mile walk 5 days - 2/5 days done- 3 mile, 3 mile done.

    yesterday was very bad for me..

    There was a farewell in office so this friend of mine wanted to spend more and more time with me on her last working day. Although i had 2 paranthas in BF i ate poori sabzi again as she wanted to have BF in office canteen. Lunch was pizza and all junk :( In evening we had muffins...so all together it was a quite bad day for me.

    will update the diet and workouts from today onwards. last three days not that good. :(
    july 10th, I should reach 64. let me try.

    My plans to follow till the first weighing date (july 10th) are:

    1. 3 litres water everyday.
    2. oats and veggie dinner
    3. three fruits per day.

    iam latha
    now my weight is 69-70 kgs my wish is maintain healthy weight we are trying for our first baby from past 2 yrs.
    medical reports are normal but no result. iam trying to reduce no use. fluctuations are more for me went 76kg and came back 70kg. i want my weight in 55- 60kgs. iam doing yoga, following diet. please help me. give me any tips.

    1. Atleast 30 min walk
    2. Healthy eating without junk(only 2 times eating outside)
    3. Dinner before 8pm
