    I am going to follow light dinner this week.
    Today didn't start well..

    BF - 1 glass boost + Veg Rice
    Lunch - Veg Rice
    Dinner - Planning to take milk and fruits.
    Walked for 15 mins.

    count me in too...

    current weight : 61.5

    I have started walking for 1 hour daily...but I divided that one hour into two halves
    morning half is very rigorous(walking combined with running) while evening half is little bit leisure walk as I carry my son to the park ..
