    Name Shree
    Current weight 152 lb
    End of July target 145 lb
    Target 120 lb

    Target for July
    45 min - 1 hr exercise daily.
    Eat oats instead of rice.
    Eat 1-2 rotis at night.
    No snacks
    Drink 1 liter water in the morning

    goal weight 110lbs

    i hit weight plateau at 128lbs from last 10days still continuing, am gonna break it and reach my goal? first let me lose 1lb goal weight of june.

    todays update
    empty stomach 2ltrs water
    breakfast tea/3 dosas/chutney
    1 ltr water
    lunch oats cooked with sambar/ 1 mango
    snack few dates/nuts/1 ltr water
    dinner fruit bowl

    water 4ltrs
    exercise perxxxx

    my rules
    1)less salt/oil
    2)lean meat
    3)high intensive workout till next monday

    b.f- corn flakes with milk
    at 10:30- porridge with veges & curd
    at 3 pm- small bowl salad with little porridge
    dinner- 1 1/2 chapati with vege with 1 slice mango
    snacks - 1 glass juice with 1 biscuit

    fast walk - 20 mins
    suryanamskar -20

    actually 10:30 is our lunch tim in school so i feel hungry at that tim.....

    did not do great on the first day, still want to update in here as i find if i stick to the thread it helps me attest not to gain.

    Morning Oats, aviyal. coffee, biscuit
    Lunch Rice Aviyal and turkey sandwich
    Mid snack Coffee
    Dinner Mutton soup

    Water 1.5 liter

    My challenges for this month:

    No intake of any food that no longer serves good nutrient to my body at any time of the day.
    compulsory floor workout 6 days in a week
    suryanamaskar all mornings
    walking - 2 to 4 miles 5 days in a week



    This month is extremely challenging for me since I am going on a vacation for 2 weeks from tomorrow. Let me see how much I am able to stick to my challenges

    Today's score:

    Bye dears... am leaving tomorrow. but I will make sure to visit for my updates atleast by the end of the day.
    I am praying that I need to be aware of what I am doing these days. That will help me in reaching my goal for this month ...
