Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 31st July

    yesterday i had gone to my college to collect tc and other certificates so no exercise and took food outside.
    morning tomato rice+raita
    had nothing till 7.30pm
    dinner at 7.30pm 1 masala roast dosa with coconut chutney
    today morning i reached home by 7am.
    was very hungry so i din't do any exercises has 3 chapati with vegetable korma
    had mango milk shake with 2 spn sugar at 12.30pm

    This week, the diet was ok, with little sweets and snacks here and there... Thanks to LS Walk, which has now become my motivation for an exercise. Had made it as a habit, to do LS walk 1 mile twice a day...

    Weekend has to go fine as well, with so much get together this week ...

    Update for 10th July 2013

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Green tea
    Breakfast: 2 Dosa with Corriander mint chutney
    Banana
    Lunch: Rice with Dal + Beetroot
    Black Olives
    3 slice of brown bread + 1 Multi grain biscuit + 4 Almonds (Felt very hungry)
    Evening: Kesari
    Dinner: Corn flakes with milk and fruits (Apple & Dates)

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 50 mins (LS Walk 1 mile – twice, Treadmill walk – 10 mins)

    Points: 0.5

    Hi,

    Yesterday had a 20 min workout in gym. I know its not too much but was pressing up for time.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Kellogg's with milk
    Lunch : 3 Rotis with little panner masala without paneer
    No snacks and tea
    Dinner: 1/2 Chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice.

    Anu, since we weigh ourselves once in 10 days, let us keep 1 point for each day approximately and total 10 points for first 10 days, again 10 points for the second 10 days and 10 points for the last 10 days.
    I will re calculate the points for me and update later...
