    dont worry dear abt ur gain weight.. first take care of ur health dear.. take plenty of rest.. gud that ur sticking for healthy options.. u can lose the gain weight once ur back to normal .

    I like to join this group. Hope this is not late.. :) Was losing weight because of continuous baking this winter had gained the already lost 10 pounds.. :( So planning to lose them again.. I have already started my 1 mile exercise and also made myself away from sweets.. :D

    My current Weight is 143.2lbs My aim for july end is 136 - 137.

    Minara, there is nothing to feel low. You should be proud that you are able to stick to the weight loss options inspite of many difficulties....you r doing great. Health first. Give yourself the time and strength needed. Come back once u r comfortable...

    yesterday update

    breakfast tea/2 dosas/chutney/cantaloupe juice
    lunch 2 rotis/curry/cottage cheese
    snack apple
    dinner i had guests.. went out and had ceasar salad, and came back to have dinner..so no choice 1 fist of white rice and my veg curry9made with 2 tsp oil
    dessert cottage cheese(fat free with 1/2 apple)

    water 2ltrs
    exercise nil

    vidhya dont worry about posting daily.. but stick to ur diet and pls update ur weight on wednesday 10th.. gud that u lost 200gms weight

    breakfast tea/1 biscuit/3 dosas/chutney
    lunch 3 rotis/curry/curd
    snack apple/dates/nuts/2ltrs water
    dinner fruits

    water 4ltrs
    exercise nil.. my health was not gud today..
