    This time, with more determination and motivation! Because, I had some goals for last may. I had some excuses also for not achieving them. Now, no more excuses!

    Another thing is, two of my friends showed some good results. They got motivated by me. ( my 3 kg weight loss itself impressed them). One friend, reduced 10 kgs in three and a half month. :) 79 kg to 69 kg. She gave all the credit to me. I felt very happy for her and at the same time, felt very bad about myself.

    Another friend reached 67 kg from 73 kg just by reducing salt and oil intake. (in 5 months time).

    I was fluctuating between 65 to 66 kg in march.. still, the same condition. how bad!

    So, This time, very simple goal. monthly two KGs. should reach 59 by september end. I have some other commitments from october. So, this is my last chance to work on my weightloss journey.

    Hoping for the best!
