    My update for yesterday - 16th June 2013

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Green tea
    Breakfast: 1 dosa + mushroom masala
    Fruits - Sweet melon, pomegranate, apple
    1 boiled egg
    Lunch- Rice + Dal + ladies finger poriyal
    3 Almonds
    Evening: Tea with Rusk
    Dinner: 2 Idlis + 1 Parotta + Chicken curry + 1 piece apple (We had dinner at a friend's place. Tried hard to maintain the diet.)

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 40 mins

    My Consolidated points for June Challenge.
    Last week was a complete disaster. Didn't exercise properly and had some Junk.
    Starting it fresh, this week...

    I am following the same challenge until I stick to it properly.

    No Junk food.
    Exercise for at least 45 mins

    Hi Gae3,

    I've started taking fenugreek seeds not to initiate weight loss. But, I too heard that it does helps when we are on a diet.

    I've got patches in my face due to facial and when I was browsing IL I found that this will help pimple marks to disappear. Anyhow, I will post if I find a significant change either in my weight or in my face :)

    week 2 status: 400gm gained.

    I had no choice but to listen to my body.
    I guess P* week always has its own ways.
    All set to bring the scale down and rock this week.

    June 17/Day 1 of Week 3

    Food:
    BF: 3 wheat dosa with chutney
    snack 2 marie biscuits
    L:plain wheat rava+sambar+brinjal bhaji+curd
    snack: 1 bowl of green gram sundal
    D:2 wheat dosa+puli molaha

    Water:3lits

    Exercise:
    15 sets of SS
    50sets of burpee
    20mins workout for thigh,hip
    2mins pranayama

    Points:
    no sugar,no junk,no malai-success
    No day sleep-success( its a great success. i dint even sleep for a second. ohhhh yeeeahhhhhhhh)
    No rice- success

    Very good start of this week. point today is full 1 :)
