    Hi Anu,

    Usually weekends I never workout....but today I xcercised for 45 minutes. Its only becoz of u...thanks so much....ur calorie burn has really impressed me... I dont know how many calories I burnt, but the workout I tried was quite good....

    Please tell me do u run or walk on treadmill....whats the speed....how much can a beginner try....I cant never walk more than 15 minutes....how did u start....

    Sheshin,I am also taking steroids almost every day to keep myself under control with asthma..steroids induce weight gain. I am doing what ever I can . good job in bringing your scale down dear..

    great dear.. keep up the spirt.. we can have a tough competion.. in losing weight.

    i waalk on treadmill at incline of 4 and speed of 4.3.. when intially i step on to treadmill i could hardly walk for 20mins.. so i started to walk daaily for 20mins at speed of 3.4 and no incline. slowly after 60days increased..

    8th june update
    today was vegetable day so only vegetables whole day. started with bottle gourd,then green gourd ,1 potato,carrots, cauliflower etc.
    water 3 lts

    5 mile walk with leslie seeing the youtube link
    and twice hip crunch exercise for 4 mins each.
    so I think can credit myself with 2 pts.
