    Start posting your challenges for week 1 of June. keeping that in mind, let us work towards it.
    Saarang and Anu suggested some ideas for our improvement...

    Excercise - 45 mins
    Diet - no junk / sugary items for one week starting from today....will have one spn sugar for coffee...

    Hi friends shall i join here. I was waiting for this thread from the middle of May.

    Name:shinara
    Weight: 65kgs
    Target: 62kgs
    Diet: no junk(may be once a week)/no sweets(some times take palm sugar)

    Exer: 15sets of Surya Namaskar, did 1 mile walk in May. Will try 3 mile LS walk tomorrow. If i feel ok with that i will continue.

    Good start dears...
    I framed a system roughly...will declare tomorrow night. going to be busy full day tomorrow... kids performing in annual day(tamil school) . then a festival in the city which included rides and fun stuffs... like exhibition in India...Atleast to see the crowd, I wish to roam around this week end! Missing T.Nagar, Ranganaathan street in chennai! so, if I am not too tired, will declare the plans for this month... meanwhile, if you come across any new ideas, do share....
    I completely agree with individual challenges friends post here, because they know their body and abilities and time frame they can spend for exercises in a day than any body else... so frame your own challenges and post along with june 1 st weight updates here...Stick to 2 or 3 challenges... not so many...concentrate to complete those for 1 st week and then if you can tighten it little bit the next week...
    By the end of the week, on weighing day, re - post your pre declared challenges and track how far you have been...
    Remaining plans of our new system of running the thread for this month follows tomorrow....

    Excellent Sia in losing 3 pounds! Being silent in thread and shedding more in contrast to me! Being talkative and less losing...Good show dear!
