Ladies, I have seen Brown Sona Masoori rice in the Indian shops these days. I am just eyeing them and would want to purchase a bag. My question is, do any of you use this particular variety of brown rice in your day to day cooking? If so, what are the recipes that can be made apart from plain rice? Can we use them for making idli/dosa batter? Can you share some simple recipes too?? Thanks!!
