Brown/black small particles coming thru urine

check to see if it is due to heat.
try applying a cold wet pack
(i do not know about weather conditions there now)
if it is too cold there
then apply a wet pack soon after bath
and retain till it turns a little warm
change clothes if you feel
you dress wet after it...

try taking bath in luke warm water
or cold water if the weather permits.

if you apply cold water pack
you will find the baby moving faster.
and will be quite active after it is born...!

it could also be due to `hot' or kara items
in diet...try taking a bland diet with absolutely no spices.
stick to more of vegetables perhaps in soups or just boiled variety.. no tinned stuff...avoid stimulants like coffee tea etc... if you must drink warm try soups kanji etc
if weather permits...go out for a early morning walk for about ten minutes...these are normal everyday advice and can be followed anytime...

but yes long distance prescriptions is not advisable and suggest you meet your gynac immediately....
