Is broken wheat and bulgar wheat we get in U.S.A the same? If not, whats the difference? Can they be used in the place of one another in the reciepies calling for broken wheat can I use bulgar wheat? Thanks in advance MSM
Hi Crayoness Thank you very much for the info. Even I had the same doubt for many years. I used to do uppuma or kichadi with Bulgur & it comes out very well Prema barani
